The KinkyToy.Store expressly disclaims all liability in respect to any actions taken or not taken based on any or all of the contents of this policy.


Refunds


Refunds are available to our customers when:

(a) your order is not delivered to you, despite tracking information to the contrary;
(b) your order is returned to our warehouse because the carrier was unable to connect with you or you failed to pick up your order at a local depot, or you failed to pay any duties or taxes charged on your order, and your order was not delivered to you at any time;
(c) all or part of your order is in new condition, original packaging is unopened, is approved for a refund and covered by our RMA tracking numbers.
In the limited circumstances described above, you may be eligible for a refund of your all or part of your purchase price, taxes and shipping charges provided you apply for and exhaust all remedies (in the order set out below), including refund and other compensation available
(a) from the carrier responsible for delivery of your order; and
(b) from your credit card issuer or bank used to fund your purchase; and
(c) provided you notify us within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.
In order to qualify for any refund, you may be required to produce

(i) proof of purchase
(ii) proof of application for refund or other remedies as set out above; and
(iii) photographs of items to be returned to show condition of item and packaging.


Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund Items sold and shipped as gifts are subject to additional rules.

If a refund is approved, credit for authorized refund amount will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase transaction.


No refund can be processed after the 30 day period has elapsed, however store credit or remedies under the Manufacturer's warranty may be available. In most cases, remedies under a manufacturers warranty are limited to replacement of an item if defective upon your receipt of delivery. Contact us for more details.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


Although we process refunds as quickly as possible, credit card billing cycles can result in apparent delays in the amounts being shown on your statement. In most cases, refunds will show on your next statement, or the one thereafter. If your refund hasn't appeared by the second statement date, you should review your credit card statements or bank account closely. If your refund isn't shown, we ask that you contact your credit card customer service to initiate an investigation.

Returns


For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept products of an intimate or sanitary nature. Most manufacturers of the products we sell also do not accept returns for similar reasons. Do not return your purchase to our warehouse or directly to the manufacturer unless specifically advised to do so.

If you are instructed to ship your purchase to us or the Manufacturer, you must provide the invoice/receipt or proof of purchase.


Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
